摘要
为提升家电企业轴承装钢珠的组装效率,降低员工组装轴承钢珠的工作强度,本文在对轴承钢珠组装的动作步骤分析的基础上,设计出一种单工位自动组装轴承钢珠的装置。通过设计自动组装轴承钢珠装置,自动供料装置,PLC逻辑控制电路等,使该装置各部分紧密配合,继而实现轴承自动装钢珠功能~[1]。
In order to improve the assembly efficiency of bearing steel ball and reduce the working intensity of employees,this paper designs a single station automatic assembly device on the basis of analyzing the action steps of bearing steel ball assembly.Through the design of automatic assembly bearing ball device,automatic feeding device,PLC logic control circuit,so that each part of the device closely cooperate,and then realize the bearing automatic assembly ball function.
