摘要
2023年“庭院经济”首次被写入中央一号文件,国家高度重视农村地区的经济发展、村容村貌建设。陇南市地处甘肃南部,境内农产品资源丰富,品质优良,具有发展庭院经济的潜力。然而,当前陇南市农村庭院经济普遍存在规模小、发展动力弱、重视程度不足等问题。在陇南庭院经济发展中,需要政府、村镇、村民的通力配合,政府发挥主导作用,负责农村地区庭院经济发展的总体规划和布局,乡镇积极组织、农民积极参与,深度挖掘当地特色,注重品牌化建设,通过电商赋能,共同推动陇南市农村庭院经济发展。
In 2023,"Courtyard economy"was written into the No.1 central document for the first time.The state attaches great importance to the economic development of rural areas and the construction of village appearance.Longnan is located in the south of Gansu Province.It has rich agricultural resources and excellent quality,and has the potential to develop courtyard economy.However,the current rural courtyard economy in Longnan generally has problems such as small scale,weak development momentum,and insufficient attention.In the development of courtyard economy in Longnan,it is necessary for the government,villages and towns,and villagers to cooperate with each other.The government plays a leading role and is responsible for the overall planning and layout of courtyard economic development in rural areas.Townships actively organize and farmers actively participate,deeply explore local characteristics,pay attention to brand building,and jointly promote the development of rural courtyard economy in Longnan through e-commerce empowerment.
