既有铁路桥梁桩基检测与病害加固处治 被引量:2

Pile Foundation Detection and Deterioration Rehabilitation for Existing Railway Bridge

摘要 某既有铁路桥梁因水害导致墩身位移,为快速无损进行桩基完整性检测,采用基于桩侧切割小平台作为激发点的瞬态激振的双速度法,共检测5根角桩,判定3根桩无缺陷反射,2根桩局部有缺陷异常反射。对其中2根无缺陷桩和1根有缺陷桩进行钻孔验证,3根桩芯样结果与检测结果一致。针对墩身位移病害,分两阶段进行加固处治,第一阶段主要采取山体侧清方卸载、设置环形截水沟、临空侧设置钢板桩及填土反压等应急抢险措施,阻止病害程度进一步加剧;第二阶段综合采取增设仰斜孔排水、锚杆框架梁、锚固桩、扩大承台及加桩等永久整治措施。经两阶段加固处治后线路恢复运营,桩身应变、墩身及轨道位移监测数据均正常。 The piers of an existing railway bridge displaced in a flooding event.To rapidly detect the soundness of the pile foundation in a non-destructive manner,velocity sensors that measure pressure at two varying velocities were employed,and the sensors were mounted on small platforms cut out in the pile shaft that served as action spots for transient excitation.A total of 5 corner piles were detected,among which,3 piles did not demonstrate defects,while 2 piles signaled local defects.Two piles without defects and one pile with defects were cored for verification.The core samples of the three piles agreed with the detection results.A two-phase retrofitting scheme was implemented:in phase 1,the work was associated with emergency relief to prevent further progress of the deterioration,including cleaning up the hill slopes and deloading,digging circular water interception ditch,driving steel sheet piles on the empty side of the pile foundation,and backfilling and reverse-pressing;in phase 2,the taken measures were required to achieve permanent retrofitting effect,including adding upward slant holes for water drainage,frame beams of anchor rods and anchor piles,enlarging the pile cap and adding extra piles.After the two phases of retrofit,the operation of the railway line resumed.The monitored stresses in piles as well as the displacements of piers and rails are all normal.
