摘要
目的:探讨优质护理在急诊小儿输液室患儿治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年6月于西宁市大通县人民医院急诊小儿输液室接受输液治疗的患儿80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理。比较两组纠纷投诉率及一次性穿刺成功率、心理状态、护理工作质量评分。结果:观察组纠纷投诉率低于对照组,一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患儿监护人心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病室环境、健康知识掌握度、穿刺技术、护理人员态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:优质护理对降低急诊小儿输液室纠纷投诉率的效果显著,通过提升一次性穿刺成功率,可以缓解患儿监护人焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理工作质量,监护人对护理工作认可度较高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of children in emergency infusions room.Methods:A total of eighty children receiving infusion treatment in the emergency pediatric infusion room of Xining Datong County People's Hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing.The dispute complaint rate,one-time puncture success rate,psychologi⁃cal state and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups.Results:The dispute complaint rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the success rate of one-time puncture was higher than that of control group,the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of guardians'mental state(P>0.05);After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05);The scores of ward environment,health knowledge mastery,puncture technique and nursing staff atti⁃tude in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Con⁃clusion:High quality nursing has a significant effect on reducing the dispute complaint rate of emergency infantile infusion room.By improving the success rate of one-time puncture,it can alleviate the anxiety and depression of guardians of children with chil⁃dren,improve the quality of nursing work,and guardians have a high degree of recognition of nursing work.
