三元洞尾矿库加高扩容后坝体的稳定性研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对尚未达到设计服务年限的尾矿库,在库容不足的情况下,一般可采取提高现有尾矿坝高度来增加尾矿库库容,但随着尾矿库等级的提高,发生溃坝的风险增大。在某尾矿库加高扩容的背景下,先借助Geo-studio软件对尾矿坝加高前后的渗流场进行模拟分析,随后深入探讨了尾矿坝的静力稳定性和地震工况下的动力响应。结果表明:经过加高后,尾矿堆积坝的浸润线最小埋深均大于8 m,符合规范要求;为了评估尾矿坝在不同工况下的稳定性,采用瑞典圆弧法和简化Bishop法,分别计算了尾矿坝在标高为370.0 m和加高后标高为424.0 m时的安全系数,且均已超过规范要求的最小安全系数;尾矿坝加高后的稳定性受到地震的影响较小,仅出现局部的液化现象;加高到坝顶标高为424.0 m后的最危险滑面出现在初期坝附近370.0 m标高以下,并以深层圆弧形滑动为主,这是由于尾粉砂渗透性差引起浸润线抬高所致,建议对浸润线特别是洪水期的浸润线的高度进行实时监测,并在必要的情况下采取降低浸润线的措施,以有效地杜绝尾矿坝的渗透破坏。 For tailings ponds that have not reached their design service life,in the case of insufficient storage capacity,it is generally possible to increase the storage capacity of the tailings pond by raising the height of the existing tailings dam.However,as the grade of the tailings pond increases,the risk of dam break increases.Taking the heightening and expansion of a tailings pond as the background,firstly,the Geo-studio software is used to simulate and analyze the seepage field before and after the heightening of the tailings dam,and then the static stability of the tailings dam and the dynamic response under earthquake conditions are analyzed in depth.The results show that after heightening,the minimum buried depth of the infiltration line of the tailings accumulation dam is greater than 8 m,which meets the requirements of the specifications;using the Swedish arc method and simplified Bisho method,the stability of the tailings dam is analyzed,and the results show that the stability of the tailings dam is improved.The safety factors of the tailings dam with an elevation of 370.0 m and a heightened elevation of 424.0 m under normal operation,flood operation,and special operating conditions were calculated using the p method,and both exceeded the minimum safety factor required by the specifications;the stability of the tailings dam after being heightened is less affected by earthquakes,with only local liquefaction occurring;after the dam crest elevation is raised to 424.0 m,the most dangerous slip surface appears below the elevation of 370.0 m near the starter dam,and mainly consists of deep circular slip.This is due to the elevation of the seepage line caused by the poor permeability of the tailings silt.It is recommended to monitor the height of the seepage line in real time,especially during flood periods,and take measures to lower the seepage line if necessary,in order to effectively prevent seepage damage to the tailings dam.
