节水型学校创建模式及成效跟踪评估

摘要 创建节水型学校是贯彻落实中央“节水优先”治水方针和“国家节水行动方案”的重要措施,学校具有数量多、规模大、用水集中的特点,同时又具有示范带动作用强的特点,因此,做好节水型学校创建工作能够提高校园用水水平,对带动全社会持久自觉的节水行动和加快节水型社会建设具有重要意义。文章总结了节水型学校的创建模式,并以佛山禅城区节水型学校建设为例,对其创建前后的用水量进行持续跟踪分析,评估节水型学校创建后节水成效,进而提出节水调整措施,为推进节水型学校用水安全、有效、节约可持续运行提供参考。 The establishment of water-saving schools is an important measure to implement the central“water-saving priority”water control policy and the“National water-saving action Plan”.The school has the characteristics of large quantity,large scale and concentrated water use,and it also has the characteristics of strong demonstration and driving role.Therefore,the establishment of water-saving schools can improve the level of campus water use,which is of great significance to promote the sustainable and conscious water-saving action of the whole society and accelerate the construction of water-saving society.This paper summarizes the creation mode of water-saving schools,and takes the construction of water-saving schools in Chancheng District of Foshan as an example to conduct continuous tracking analysis on the water consumption before and after the establishment of water-saving schools,evaluate the water-saving effect after the establishment of water-saving schools,and then put forward water-saving adjustment measures to provide reference for promoting the safe,effective,economical and sustainable operation of water-saving schools.
