摘要
五十年来,气候危机、环境问题、生态问题逐渐国际化、全球化,气候问题的全球治理面临巨大挑战。科学社会学的领军人物法国思想家布鲁诺·拉图尔秉持科学、技术与社会的交叉研究路径,基于对西方现代化经验教训的反思,主张追问人类世与盖娅假说的本质,进而为构建出“新气候体制”提供理论基础,找到解决生态危机的良策。拉图尔以行动者网络理论为主线,反对现代主义的进化论、整体论、系统论,希望通过批判现代理性的两个假设,即自然与文化的对立以及大地的全球化视图,努力建构一种非整体论的联结性,号召每一个行动者从自身出发,并以循环的方式不断返回自身,从而自下而上地形成普遍的联结。拉图尔也向中国学者发出倡议:在应对共同的生态突变时,中国古典的自然观念及其“天人合一”思想也许对“新气候体制”的建构具有重要的思想价值。
In the last 50 years,climate crisis,environmental problems and ecological problems have gradually become global concern,and global governance of climate problems is facing great challenges.Bruno Latour,a French thinker and leader in the sociology of science,adheres to the cross-research path of science,technology and society.And based on the reflection on the experience and lessons of western modernization,he advocates inquiring the essence of the Anthropocene and Gaia hypothesis,thus providing a theoretical basis for building a new climate system and finding good solutions to the ecological crisis.Taking the actor network theory as the main line,Latour opposes the evolutionism,holism and systematology of modernism,and hopes to construct a non-holism connection by criticizing the two assumptions of modern reason,namely the opposition between nature and culture and the globalization view of the earth.He calls on each actor to start from himself and return to himself in a circular way so as to form a universal connection from bottom to top.Latour also proposed to Chinese scholars that in dealing with common ecological changes,the classical Chinese concept of nature and the idea of“harmony between man and nature”may have important ideological value for the construction of a new climate system.
