摘要
为保障水库安全运行,提高水库工程效益,分析彰湖水库坝顶混凝土路面施工技术。针对彰湖水库坝顶修筑临时公路,先完成路面水泥稳定层施工,保障路面基层质量,制备纤维改性沥青混凝土材料,通过模板施工、混凝土浇筑、路面养护等工序,完成彰湖水库坝顶混凝土路面施工,钻孔法检测路面应用效果。结果表明:该施工方案可有效增强路面抗压强度,养护过程中降低路面渗透系数,提高路面抗渗能力。
In order to ensure the safe operation of the reservoir and improve the benefit of the reservoir project,the construction technology of the concrete pavement on the dam crest of Zhanghu Reservoir is analyzed in this paper.To construct the temporary highway at the dam top of the Zhanghu Reservoir,the construction of the cement stabilized layer of the road surface was completed first to ensure the quality of the road base.The fiber-modified asphalt concrete material was prepared.Through formwork construction,concrete pouring,pavement maintenance and other processes,the construction of concrete pavement on the dam top of Zhanghu Reservoir was completed.The results show that the construction scheme can effectively enhance the compressive strength of pavement,reduce the permeability coefficient of pavement and improve the impermeability of the pavement during maintenance.
