摘要
全面推进乡村振兴,实现农业农村现代化,关键在科技、在人才。加快推进农业硕士实践教育改革,构建中国特色农业硕士系统性实践育人体系,对接国家重大战略需求,培养和造就大批为农业技术推广和农村发展服务的应用型、复合型人才,是推动加快农业强国建设和实现乡村振兴的必然要求。为积极响应国家专业硕士改革要求,西南大学以农业强国建设理念为指导,构建农业硕士系统性实践育人体系,推动农业硕士人才培养模式改革,旨在以“坚持立德树人目标、培养德才兼备人才”为宗旨,培养具有爱国兴农情怀、服务农业强国建设的高素质人才,尝试为世界高等农业教育发展贡献“中国方案”,取得了良好的育人效果。
Technology and talent are the keys to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and achieving agricultural and rural modernization.Accelerating the reform of practical education for Master of Agriculture,building a systematic practical education system for Master of Agriculture with Chinese characteristics,meeting the primary strategic needs of the country,and cultivating and bringing up a large number of application-oriented and versatile talents for agricultural technology promotion and rural development are the inevitable requirements for accelerating the construction of a powerful agricultural country and realizing rural revitalization.To actively respond to the requirements of the national professional degree reform,Southwest University,guided by the concept of building a strong agricultural country,has created a systematic practice education system for Master of Agriculture,and promoted the reform of the cultivation mode of talents of Master of Agriculture,aiming to cultivate high-quality talents with patriotic feelings and serving the construction of a strong agricultural country with the purpose of“adhering to the goal of cultivating morality and talents,and cultivating talents with both morality and talent”,tried to contribute the“China program”to the development of higher agricultural education in the world,and achieved good educational results.
