特大桥连续梁墩顶转体施工技术研究 被引量:1

Research on the construction technology of continuous beam pier top swivel for super large bridges

摘要 在特大桥梁连续梁墩顶转体施工过程中,在考虑营业线和高墩的双重影响前提下,为了确保托架的安全性和可靠性,并消除托架的非弹性变形等问题,结合工程实际,在特大桥连续梁上设置一个由上转盘、下转盘及转动球铰等部件组成的转体结构体系,通过计算获取转体结构的牵引力、转动速度等施工参数,控制转体结构体系能够按照设计参数完成对特大桥连续梁墩顶的转体施工。实例结果表明,主梁两端大小里程两侧的挠度在±1 cm内变化,转体施工过程中特大桥连续梁结构均未出现明显形变现象,验证了施工技术的可行性。 In the process of rotating the top of the continuous beam pier of a super large bridge,taking into account the dual influence of the operating line and the high pier,in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the bracket,and eliminate the problem of non elastic deformation of the bracket,this article combines engineering practice and sets up a rotating structure system composed of upper,lower,and rotating ball joints on the continuous beam of the super large bridge.The traction force of the rotating structure is obtained through calculation By controlling the construction parameters such as rotational speed,the rotational structure system can complete the rotational construction of the continuous beam pier top of the super large bridge according to the design parameters.The example results show that the deflection of both ends of the main beam varies within±1cm,and there is no significant deformation phenomenon in the continuous beam structure of the super large bridge during the rotation construction process,which verifies the feasibility of the construction technology.
