聊城地区食用菌市场消费现状及发展建议

摘要 [目的]了解聊城地区食用菌消费市场的发展现状。[方法]对品种需求、消费渠道、价格等因素进行问卷调查和实地调研。[结果]调查结果显示,食用菌品种中最受消费者欢迎的是香菇、黑木耳、金针菇、平菇等,消费者购买食用菌产品的主要场所是超市,消费者在购买食用菌产品时最注重的因素是质量安全。[结论]聊城食用菌市场前景广阔,拓宽消费渠道、提高产品品质、注重技术创新是当前提高菇农收入、刺激消费的重要途径。 [Objective]To understand the development status of edible fungi consumption market in Liaocheng area.[Method]Questionnaire survey and field investigation were carried out on the variety demand,consumption channel,price and other factors.[Result]The survey results showed that the most popular varieties of edible fungi were shitake mushroom,black fungus,enoki mushroom,oyster mushroom,etc.The main places for consumers to buy edible mushroom products were supermarkets,and the most important factor for consumers to buy edible mushroom products was quality and safety.[Conclusion]Liaocheng edible mushroom market has a broad prospect.Expanding consumption channels,improving product quality and paying attention to technological innovation are the important ways to increase mushroom farmersi'n icome and stimulate consumption.
