摘要
目的探讨血清25羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]和炎症因子水平检测在新生儿感染性肺炎病情评估中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月宜春市妇幼保健院接收的80例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据新生儿感染性肺炎程度分为重度组(n=43)与轻度组(n=37),选取同期在本院出生的50名健康新生儿作为对照组。比较3组血清25-(OH)D和炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]水平,采用Pearson分析血清25-(OH)D水平与炎症因子的相关性。结果重度组血清25-(OH)D水平总缺乏率高于轻度组、对照组,且轻度组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度组IL-6、hs-CRP、PCT水平均高于轻度组、对照组,且轻度组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson分析结果显示,新生儿血清25-(OH)D与IL-6、hs-CRP、PCT呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论血清25-(OH)D水平在新生儿感染性肺炎患儿中会异常下降,可通过检测血清25-(OH)D水平准确诊断新生儿感染性肺炎,具有较高的评估价值。
Objective To investigate the application value of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D]and inflammatory factors in the evalua-tion of neonatal infectious pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with neonatal infectious pneumonia admitted to Yichun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the severe group(n=43)and the mild group(n=37)according to the degree of neonatal infectious pneumonia,and 50 healthy newborns born in the hospital during the same period were se-lected as the control group.The levels of serum 25-(OH)D and inflammatory factors(interleukin-6[IL-6],hypersensitive C-reactive protein[hs-CRP],procalcitonin[PCT])were compared among the three groups,and the correlation between serum 25-(OH)D and inflammatory factors was ana-lyzed by Pearson.Results The total deficiency rate of serum 25-(OH)D level in the severe group was higher than that in the mild group and the con-trol group,and the mild group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and PCT in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group and control group,and the mild group was higher than the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that neonatal serum 25-(OH)D was negatively correlated with IL-6,hs-CRP and PCT(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum 25-(OH)D levels will abnormally decrease in newborns with neonatal infectious pneumonia,monitor-ing serum 25-(OH)D levels can accurately diagnose neonatal infectious pneumonia and has high evaluation value.
