基于模糊PID的智能一体式电解除盐模块的研制

摘要 针对现有电解除盐(Electrodeionization,EDI)模块一体化程度低的情况,设计了一款集EDI模块、传感器、可控恒流源模块和主控制器于一体的EDI模块。同时为解决当前EDI工作电流不能随环境水质实时调节的问题,设计了一种基于模糊PID的EDI模块输出电流控制方案,以及基于微控制器片内数模转换器的可调恒流源电路为核心的主控制器硬件电路,对EDI模块输出电流进行智能调整。搭建实验模型对智能一体式EDI和普通EDI进行控制效果对比,实验结果表明:所设计的EDI模块能够实现对产水水质的精确快速控制。 Aiming at low-degree integration of the EDI(electrodeionization) module in service,an EDI module which integrates EDI module,sensor,controllable constant current source module and master controller together was developed and meanwhile,considering the fact that the EDI working current at present fails to be regulated in real time with the change of water quality,a fuzzy PID-based control scheme for EDI module's output current was designed,including adjustable constant current source circuit-cored master controller's hardware circuit based on the microcontroller on-chip digital-to-analog converter.In addition,the EDI module's output current was intelligently regulated and an experimental model was built to compare the control effects of intelligently-integrated EDI and common EDI.The experimental results show that,the designed EDI module can achieve accurate and fast control of the water quality.
