摘要
周来兴行医的60个春秋,以培养人才为使命,呕心沥血、尽职尽责,共举办乡医培训班14期、在职培训班6期、西学中培训班1期,以及师承教育、继续教育等多种培训。制定周密教育计划,认真备好每堂课、带好每位学生,做到手把手地教、心贴心地传承,毫不保留地传授经验,积极培养不同形式的人才;同时利用休息日及夜晚著书立说,正式出版《周来兴医学文集》《疑难病症临床经验》等6部著作,留传后人。践行人才培养,造就一批又一批优秀人才,保一方安康。
During the 60 years of Zhou Laixing's medical practice,he took cultivating talents as his mission,worked hard and dutifully,and held 14 training courses for rural doctors,6 on-the-job training courses,1 training course for Western learning,as well as various training courses such as teacher education and continuing education.He made a thorough education plan,carefully prepared each lesson and took care of each student,taught them hand in hand,inherited them with heart and heart,imparted experience without reservation,and actively cultivated talents of different forms.At the same time,he used his rest days and nights to write books and theories,and officially published six works such as Zhou Laixing's Medical Anthology and Clinical Experience of Difficult Diseases to pass on to future generations.He practiced talent training,created a group of outstanding talents to ensure health.
