摘要
以水溶性的丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸钠(AANa)以及油溶性的苯乙烯(St)为单体,将水溶性还原剂加在水相,油溶性氧化剂加在油相,通过氧化-还原引发剂在油水界面共引发单体共聚,利用反相乳液聚合异相共引发方法制备了具有乳化性能的补丁型粒子。优化了聚丙烯酰胺@聚苯乙烯(PAM@PS)补丁型粒子的合成条件,评价了粒子的乳化柴油的性能。较优反应条件为:油中St和水中(AM+AANa)的质量比1∶4,油水质量比为1.1∶1,单体总质量分数为40%,反应温度为40℃,反应时间12 h。反应所得补丁型粒子在水中用量不小于0.02%(质量分数),便可与柴油形成稳定的水包油乳液。
The patch particles with emulsification properties were prepared by the simple and easy to operate reversed-phase emulsion heterogeneous copolymerization method using water-soluble acrylamide(AM),sodium acrylate(AANa),and oil soluble styrene(St)as monomers.Water-soluble reducing agent was added into the water phase and oil-soluble oxidizing agent to the oil phase,so that the monomer copolymerization was initiated at the oil-water interface through the oxidation-reduction initiators.The synthesis conditions of polyacrylamide@polystyrene(PAM@PS)patch particles were optimized,and the performance of emulsified diesel oil was investigated.The optimal reaction conditions are:a mass ratio of St in oil to(AM+AANa)in water of 1∶4,an oil-water mass ratio of 1.1∶1,a total monomer concentration of 40%,a reaction temperature of 40℃,and a reaction time of 12 h.A stable oil-in-water emulsion can be formed when the amount of patch particles obtained by the reaction is not less than 0.02%(mass fraction)in water.
