复掺石墨和碳纤维对导电混凝土性能的影响

摘要 设计试验并概述了复掺石墨和碳纤维的导电沥青混凝土的制备流程,分析了碳纤维掺量、石墨种类和电阻率之间关系,并探究材料导电机制;通过室内性能试验分析了碳纤维掺量和石墨种类对混凝土路用性能的影响。试验结果显示,在混凝土中掺加适当的碳纤维、石墨能使混凝土结构内形成导电链并表现出导电性能,其中掺加石墨会对混凝土的路用性能产生一定负面作用,而碳纤维的掺入能够改善混凝土的水稳定性、高温稳定性和低温性能。 The preparation process of conductive asphalt concrete with graphite and carbon fiber was designed and summarized.The relationship between carbon fiber content,graphite type and resistivity was analyzed,and the conductive mechanism of the material was explored.The effects of carbon fiber content and graphite type on pavement performance of concrete were analyzed through indoor performance test.The test results show that adding appropriate carbon fiber and graphite in concrete can form conductive chains and show conductive properties in concrete structure,and adding graphite will have a certain negative effect on the pavement performance of concrete,while adding carbon fiber can improve the water stability,high temperature stability and low temperature performance of concrete.
