摘要
基于支撑剂指数法,考虑支撑剂嵌入和微粒运移等因素,以数学迭代等手段对海上疏松砂岩储层压裂充填的裂缝参数优化方法进行了研究。归纳了支撑剂指数法的基本原理,优化了裂缝几何参数、无因次导流能力等,提出了压裂充填裂缝参数优化方法,并进行了案例井计算。结果表明:支撑剂指数为支撑裂缝体积与单井控制油藏体积的比值;微粒运移会降低支撑裂缝渗透率,且在一定范围内,降低程度逐渐增大;支撑剂嵌入会导致支撑层的宽度受损;随着微粒运移和支撑剂嵌入程度加深,最优缝长有所下降,最优缝宽有所增加,而对应实际的增产倍数有所下降;单井计算结果与实际施工一致,该方法对海上疏松砂岩储层压裂充填裂缝参数优化具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the proppant index method and considering factors such as proppant embedding and particle migration,the optimization method of fracture parameters for fracturing and packing of offshore loose sandstone reservoirs was studied using mathematical iteration and other methods.The basic principle of the proppant index method was summarized,and key parameters such as fracture geometry parameters and non hydraulic conductivity were optimized.The optimization method for fracturing and filling fracture parameters was proposed,and the calculation of case wells was carried out.The results show that the proppant index is the ratio of proppant fracture volume to single well controlled reservoir volume.Particle migration will reduce the permeability of supporting fractures,and within a certain range,the degree of reduction gradually increases.Embedding proppant can cause damage to the width of the support layer.With the deepening of particle migration and proppant embedding in the formation,the optimal fracture length decreases,the optimal fracture width increases,and the corresponding actual yield increase factor decreases.The calculation results of a single well are consistent with the actual construction parameters,and this method has certain guiding significance for optimizing the fracturing and filling fracture parameters of offshore loose sandstone reservoirs.
