摘要
供水能力是反映水资源开发程度、水平的重要概念和体现水利服务民生的关键指标,对于水利发展规划和经济社会政策制定具有重要意义。本文从统计视角出发,对供水能力的相关概念、存在问题和统计方法进行了分析和梳理,并且以上海市公共供水原水工程和企业自建取水泵站工程的供水能力统计为例,介绍了供水能力统计方法,对完善供水能力统计工作提出了有针对性的建议。研究对供水发展规划的制定和进一步提高水资源管理水平有积极意义。
Water supply capacity is a crucial concept reflecting the degree and level of water resource development,and it serves as a key indicator of providing water-related services to the public.It holds significant importance for water resource development planning and the formulation of economic and social policies.This paper takes a statistical perspective to analyze and elucidate the relevant concepts,existing issues,and statistical methods pertaining to water supply capacity.Using the examples of the Shanghai Public Water Source Project and privately-owned water pumping station projects,it introduces methods for statistically assessing water supply capacity.The paper also provides targeted recommendations for improving the statistical work related to water supply capacity.This research has a positive impact on the formulation of water supply development plans and the enhancement of water resource management practices.
