摘要
目的探讨医疗资源整合方法对妇产门诊日间手术中心运营效率的提升作用。方法以某三甲医院妇产门诊日间手术中心为例,通过调整空间布局、业务范围,整合人力、设备等医疗资源,搭建信息化系统、完善绩效方案等措施,实现门诊日间手术中心精细化管理。结果2021年7月妇产门诊日间手术中心投入使用后,患者就诊流程得到优化,满意度提升,日间手术中心运营效率提升。结论妇产门诊日间手术中心应用精细化管理方法,整合医疗资源、优化流程后,中心运营效率显著提升,值得推广应用。
Objective:In order to explore the role of medical resource integration method in improving the operational efficiency of the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient day surgery center.Method:The refined management of the outpatient day surgery center was realized by adjusting the spatial layout,business scope,integrating medical resources such as manpower and equipment,building an information system,and improving the performance plan with the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient day surgery center of a 3a hospital as an example.Result:After the operation of the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient day surgery center in July 2021,the patient consultation process has been optimized;satisfaction has been improved;and the operational efficiency of the day surgery center has also been improved.Conclusion:The application of the refined management methods in the day surgery center of obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department has significantly improved the operational efficiency of the center after integrating medical resources and optimizing processes,which is worthy of promotion and application.
