Salary budget is one of the important ways for enterprises to manage labor costs, which determines the development direction of human resources. The salary budget requires the enterprise to analyze the internal and external environment, scientifi cally formulate the total salary budget of the enterprise and use it reasonably. For the highly capital-intensive and technology-intensive automobile manufacturing industry, salary budget management is an important part of human resource management, and doing a good job in the management and control of salary budget is of great signifi cance and role in improving the economic benefi ts of enterprises.
