摘要
按照国务院第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查领导小组办公室、水利部的安排部署,云南省完成了水旱灾害风险普查工作,回顾了取得的主要成果和经验。介绍了2022年水旱灾情,总结了水旱灾害防御工作特点,提出了应用水旱灾害风险普查工作成果,做好水旱灾害防御应对工作建议。
According to the arrangement and deployment of the General Survey Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Water Resources,Yunnan Province completed the provincial flood and drought disaster risk survey in 2022,and submitted the results of the provincial single disaster survey to the Ministry of Water Resources and the Provincial General Office.In 2022,Yunnan Province encountered a different flood and drought disaster from previous years,and took a series of targeted disaster prevention and mitigation measures.In the context of higher requirements of the superior departments for flood and drought disaster prevention,the authors put forward suggestions for applying the results of the general survey to do a good job in flood and drought disaster prevention and response.
