摘要
以3种沥青为研究对象,从中分离出正戊烷沥青质(As-5),又进一步从正戊烷沥青质(As-5)中分离出正庚烷沥青质(As-7)和重胶质两种亚组分,并分别对3种沥青的正戊烷沥青质、正庚烷沥青质和重胶进行了元素分析(EA)、凝胶色谱分析(GPC)、核磁共振氢谱分析(^(1)H NMR)的表征分析。结果表明:每种沥青的3种组分中均是正庚烷沥青质的C/H原子数比、重均分子量M_(w)和大小分子(LMS/SMS)含量比最大,同时具有最大的芳碳率f_(A)、芳环缩合程度和结构单元分子量usw。而重胶质的C/H原子数比、重均分子量M_(w)和大小分子(LMS/SMS)含量比均最小,同时具有最小的芳碳率f_(A)、芳环缩合程度和结构单元分子量usw。正戊烷沥青质的以上平均结构参数均处于其分离出的正庚烷沥青质和重胶质二者之间。在这些表征结果的基础上,对3种沥青中3种组分的溶解度参数δ进行计算,进一步分析了沥青组分的平均分子结构与溶解度参数之间的关系。
Taking three kinds of asphalts as research object,the n-pentane asphaltene (As-5) was separated from asphalts,then n-heptane asphaltene (As-7) and heavy resin were separated from n-pentane asphaltene (As-5).N-pentane asphaltene (As-5),n-heptane asphaltene (As-7) and heavy resin were characterized by elemental analysis(EA),gel chromatography (GPC) and ^(1)H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(^(1)H NMR),respectively.The results showed that n-heptane asphaltene (As-7) had the largest C/H atomic number ratio,molecular weight M_(w) and large/small molecular weight ratio(LMS/SMS),as well as the largest aromatic carbon ratio f_(A),the degree of aromatic ring condensation and the molecular weight of structural unit.The heavy resin had the lowest C/H atomic number ratio,molecular weight M_(w) and large/small molecular weight ratio(LMS/SMS),as well as the lowest aromatic carbon ratio f_(A),the degree of aromatic ring condensation and the molecular weight of structural unit.The above average structural parameters of n-pentane asphaltene were between the seprated heptane asphaltane and heavy resin.On the basis of these characterization results,the solubility parameters δ of these components were calculated,and the relationship between the average molecular structure of these components and the solubility parameters δ was analyzed.
