摘要
高浓度的重金属会抑制微生物的生长,且矿区土壤重金属含量和组成差异较大,从而影响修复效果。为此,研究矿区土壤重金属污染的微生物生态修复技术。采样分析矿区土壤重金属种类及含量等相关值;建立地累积指数模型及土壤重金属污染评价函数,分析重金属污染的生物毒性双权评价值与整体污染评价指数;分析各微生物的整体修复作用,以此达到土壤重金属污染微生物生态修复的目的。经实验表明,所提技术能够快速有效的对矿区土壤重金属污染展开修复作用,为矿区土壤健康提供保障。
High concentration of heavy metals will inhibit the growth of microorganisms,and the content and composition of heavy metals in the soil of mining area are very different,thus affecting the restoration effect.Therefore,the microbial ecological remediation technology of heavy metal pollution in mining soil was studied.The types and contents of heavy metals in the soil were analyzed by sampling.The soil accumulation index model and soil heavy metal pollution evaluation function were established to analyze the biological toxicity evaluation value of heavy metal pollution and the overall pollution evaluation index.In order to achieve the purpose of ecological restoration of soil heavy metal contaminated microorganisms,the overall restoration function of each microorganism was analyzed.The experiment shows that the proposed technology can quickly and effectively repair the heavy metal pollution of the soil in the mining area,and provide protection for the health of the soil in the mining area.
