摘要
本文阐述提高食品安全检验检测质量的意义,提出提高食品安全检验检测质量的有效路径,如提高从业人员的专业水平、完善食品检验检测规范和制度、优化食品检验检测工作流程、选择合适的食品检验检测方法、强化检验试剂及仪器的使用管理、完善食品安全检测监督体系等,旨在为食品安全检验检测工作的开展起到一定的参考作用。
This paper expounds the significance of improving the quality of food safety inspection and testing,and puts forward effective ways to improve the quality of food safety inspection and testing,such as improving the professional level of practitioners,improving the food inspection and testing norms and systems,optimizing the food inspection and testing workflow,selecting the appropriate food inspection and testing methods,strengthening the use of inspection reagents and instruments,improving the food safety inspection and supervision system,etc.,in order to play a certain reference role in the development of food safety inspection and testing work.
