摘要
食品安全是人们享受美好生活最基本的需求,因此食品安全管理工作至关重要。食品生产供应链涉及种植、生产、加工、运输、存储、销售等多个环节,各个环节都可能存在食品安全隐患,给食品工程质量的安全管理带来了巨大挑战。因此,如何进行有效的食品工程质量安全管理,引导食品行业高质量发展,成为急需解决的问题。本文针对食品工程质量中食品安全管理进行探讨,以供参考。
Food safety is the most basic need for people to enjoy a better life,so food safety management is crucial.The food production and supply chain involves multiple links such as planting,production,processing,transportation,storage,and sales,each of which may have food safety hazards,posing a huge challenge to the safety management of food engineering quality.Therefore,how to carry out effective food engineering quality and safety management,guide the high-quality development of the food industry,has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article explores food safety management in food engineering quality for reference.
