摘要
集体主义是中华民族的优良传统文化,不仅在促进大学生健康发展方面蕴含着丰富的心理资源,还有助于涵育大学生家国集体的情感归属,内化集体责任感,推动大学生个性自由与集体情感的联合发展。以涂尔干的“群体依恋”为基础,通过提高大学生对所在的班级微系统、校园微系统与校园文化宏系统、网络共同体外层系统的集体归属感,多方面培养大学生的集体主义情感,形成集体主义大局观,实现集体和个人的全面发展。
Collectivism is a fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation.It not only contains rich psychological resources in promoting the healthy development of college students,but also helps to cultivate the emotional belonging of college students'family and country,internalize the sense of collective responsibility,and promote the joint development of college students'individual freedom and collective emotion.Based on Durkheim's"group attachment",by improving students'sense of collective belonging to the class micro system,the campus micro system and the campus culture macro system,and the outer system of the network community,the collectivism emotion of college students can be cultivated in many aspects,the overall view of collectivism can be formed,and the the comprehensive development of the collective and the individual can be realized.
