摘要
危化品物流安全是经济安全与国家安全的重要组成部分,创新安全管理模式,解决危化品物流安全管理的核心问题,是促进危化品物流高质量发展的重要举措。从宏观层面、政策层面和企业层面分析了危化品物流安全管理的现状,提出从准入关口、过程变量、主要矛盾、闭环管理、管控效能5个方面实现对危化品物流的全链条管控,以期从理论与实践上为危化品物流安全管理提供意见与参考。
The safety of hazardous chemical logistics is an important part of economic security and national security.Innovating the safety management mode and solving the core problems of the safety management of hazardous chemical logistics are important measures to promote the high-quality development of hazardous chemical logistics.The current situation of safety management of hazardous chemical logistics was ana-lyzed from the macro level,policy level and enter-prise level.The whole chain control of hazardous chemical logistics was put forward from five aspects:entry gate,process variable,main contradiction,closed-loop management and control efficiency,in or-der to provide suggestions and references for the safe-ty management of hazardous chemical logistics from both theory and practice.
