摘要
借助扫描电镜(SEM)、电子背散射衍射仪(EBSD)、拉伸和弯曲试验机等研究了Si含量和时效工艺对6082铝合金汽车横梁挤压型材组织及弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:适当增加Si含量可细化Mg2Si相,使Mg2Si相数量增多,提高合金的强度和塑性,同时提高弯曲力峰值;但Si含量过高会导致开裂敏感性增加;当w(Si)=1.0%~1.1%时,6082铝合金的综合性能最佳。
The effects of Si contents and aging processes on the microstructure and bending properties of 6082 aluminum alloy automotive crossbeam profiles were studied with scanning electron microscopy(SEM),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),and tensile and bending tests.The results indicate that an appropriate increase in Si content improves the quantity and refinement of Mg2 Si phase,the strength and plasticity of the alloy,and the peak bending force value.However,excessive Si content leads to increased cracking sensitivity.Overall,when w(Si)=1.0%-1.1%,the comprehensive performance of 6082 aluminum alloy is the best.
