摘要
目的:探讨吲哚布芬与阿司匹林对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者血小板功能及重大心血管不良事件(MACE)的影响.方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的130例冠心病PCI术后患者为研究对象.采用随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=65,吲哚布芬治疗)和对照组(n=65,阿司匹林治疗),两组均持续治疗1个月.比较两组患者治疗前、后凝血功能、血小板功能,MACE及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,两组患者凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低程度更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者血小板聚集度(PAR)、血小板压积(PCT)、血小板计数(PLT)均较治疗前降低,平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)均较治疗前升高,且观察组变化程度更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应、MACE发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:相较于阿司匹林,吲哚布芬可以更好的改善冠心病PCI术后患者血小板功能,降低不良反应和MACE发生率,值得临床上推广应用.
Objective:To explore the effects of indobufen and aspirin on platelet function and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 130 patients with CHD after PCI in our hospital between January 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled in this study.According to a simple random grouping method,they were divided into an observation group(n=65,indobufen treatment)and a control group(n=65,aspirin treatment).Both groups were continuously treated for 1 month.Before and after treatment,coagulation function and platelet function indexes were detected.MACE and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After treatment,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(FIB)in both groups were decreased,with a more obvious decrease in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,platelet aggregation rate(PAR),thrombocytocrit(PCT)and platelet count(PLT)in both groups were decreased,while mean platelet volume(MPV)and platelet distribution width(PDW)were increased,and there were more obvious change in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and MACE in the observation group were significant lower than that in the control group,with a difference statistically significant(P<O.05).Conclusion:Compared with aspirin,effects of indobufen are better on platelet function and MACE in CHD patients after PCI,which can be considered for clinical application.
