摘要
目的:探讨基于循证护理下的术中综合保温护理对胸腔镜下肺叶切除全身麻醉手术患者麻醉复苏及应激反应的影响.方法:选取2021年2月至2023年1月本院收治的88例拟行胸腔镜下肺叶切除全身麻醉手术患者作为研究对象.按照随机数字表法将其分为综合组(n=44,予以基于循证护理下的术中综合保温护理)与常规组(n=44,予以常规术中保温护理).比较两组患者麻醉复苏指标及术中不良事件发生率.结果:综合组躁动发生率、术中不良事件发生率低于常规组,麻醉恢复室滞留时间、清醒时间、气管拔管时间均短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组术中20min、1h、2h、术毕体温高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:胸腔镜下肺叶切除全身麻醉手术患者接受基于循证护理下的术中综合保温护理,有助于维持体温,改善麻醉复苏效果,减少术中不良反应发生.
Objective:To explore the application effect of intraoperative comprehensive thermal insulation nursing based on evidence-based nursing in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 88 patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided randomly into combined group(n=44)and control group(n=44).The combined group received intraoperative comprehensive insulation nursing based on evidence-based nursing,and the control group received routine intraoperative insulation nursing.The anesthesia recovery indicators and incidence of intraoperative adverse events were compared between two groups.Results:The incidence of agitation and intraoperative adverse events in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,and the retention time in the anesthesia recovery room,awake time and tracheal extubation time in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The temperature of the combined group at 20 min,lh,2h and the end of operation was higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia received intraoperative comprehensive thermal insulation nursing based on evidence-based nursing,which helps maintain body temperature,improves anaesthetic resuscitation effects and reduces the incidence of intraoperative adverse effects.
