摘要
胆南星作为临床中抗癫痫的常用中药之一,为制天南星的干燥块茎细粉与牛、羊或猪胆汁经加工后合成。胆南星味苦、微辛,性凉,入肝、脾、肺三经,具有清热燥湿化痰、祛风解痉定惊之功。随着现代医学的进步,胆南星化学成分及药理作用的挖掘得到进一步开展。相关实验证明,胆南星的有效成分主要包括以β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、胆固醇为代表的甾醇类和以鹅去氧胆酸、脱氧胆酸、丙戊酸为主的胆汁酸类等,其主要通过调节神经递质、抗炎、抗氧化、抗惊厥、调控血脑屏障和胶质细胞等方式来发挥神经系统作用,可全方位、多角度抑制癫痫发作。该文通过查阅近10年相关文献,综述了胆南星治疗癫痫的相关有效成分及作用机制,为胆南星抗癫痫提供了科学依据,以期为临床药物的研发提供有益参考。
As one of the commonly used herbal medicines against epilepsy in clinical practice,Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)is a synthesis of the dried tuber fine powder of the prepared Zhitiannanxing(Arisaematis Rhizoma Preparatum)with the bile of cattle,sheep or pigs after processing.It is bitter,slightly pungent and cool in nature,entering the liver,spleen and lung meridians,with the function of clearing heat,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,dispelling wind and relieving spasm and calming fright.With the development of modern medicine,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)have been further explored.Related experiments have proved that the active components of Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)mainly includeβ-sitosterol,stigmasterol,cholesterol as a proxy for sterols and goosenodeoxycholic acid,deoxycholic acid,valproic acid based bile acids and so on.It mainly through the regulation of neurotransmitters,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-convulsive,regulation of blood-brain barrier and glial cells to play a role in the nervous system,can be all-round,multi-angle seizure suppression.In this paper,the relevant literature in recent 10 years was reviewed,and the progress of the relevant active ingredients and mechanism of action of Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)in the treatment of epilepsy was reviewed,which provided scientific basis for Dannanxing(Arisaema Cum Bile)anti-epilepsy,in order to provide useful reference for the research and development of clinical drugs.
