摘要
灸法是我国传统医学的重要组成部分,《灵枢·官能篇》提到“针所不为,灸之所宜”,本文以现代科学视角分析其具体内涵。与针刺相比,艾灸疗效好,作用机制独特,操作简便,适应症广,不仅能医治疾病,还有预防保健的重要作用,值得临床推广。今后通过改良艾灸技术、加强理论研究,灸法的应用大有可为,前景广阔。同时,探索艾灸针刺联合的高效治疗模式,不失为一个好方向。
Moxibustion is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine,the Lingshu·Guanneng contains‘not suitable for treating with acupuncture,suitable for treating with moxibustion’,this article analyzes its specific connotation from the perspective of modern science.Compared to acupuncture,moxibustion has a good therapeutic effect,a unique mechanism of action,simple operation,and wide indications.It not only can treat diseases,but also plays an important role in prevention and health care,and is worthy of clinical promotion.In the future,by improving moxibustion techniques and strengthening theoretical research,the application of moxibustion has great potential and broad prospects.Meanwhile,exploring an efficient treatment mode combining moxibustion and acupuncture is a good direction.
