摘要
肾病综合征作为小儿最常见的肾小球疾病之一,发病率高、复发率高,为各种病因导致的一组临床证候群。宋立群教授根据临床经验总结概况本病的基本病机是本虚标实、邪盛正衰,认为本虚是肺、脾、肾三脏亏耗,气化失司;诱发因素、水湿及血瘀等邪进一步阻滞气机为标。宋立群教授受《黄帝内经》:“开鬼门,洁净府,去菀陈莝”理论启发,将肺比作“气泵”,脾、肾比作“水闸”,形象的提出了“宣泵开闸,行气祛邪”的治疗大法,临床疗效显著。附验案1则以佐证。
As one of the most common glomerular diseases in children,nephrotic syndrome has a high incidence and recurrence rate,and is a group of clinical syndromes caused by various etiologies.Prof.Song Liqun summarizes the basic pathogenesis of the disease based on clinical experience,which is the deficiency of the lung,spleen and kidney,and the failure of qi-transformation,and the triggering factors,water-dampness and blood stasis,which further block the qi mechanism.Professor Song Liqun,inspired by the theory of“Kai gui men,Jie jing fu,Qu yu chen cuo”in the Huang Di Nei Jing’s Classic of Internal Medicine,compares the lung to the“air pump”and the spleen and kidney to the“water gate”.The treatment method of“Xuan beng kai zha,Xing qi qu xie”has been proposed,with remarkable clinical effects.A case is attached to prove this.
