摘要
引入创伤视角,通过对两个社会创业实践的案例研究发现,残疾人社会创业的实践路径可以用疗愈创伤来概括,即治疗创伤促进创伤愈合的过程。首先,治疗创伤是残疾人社会创业的动机,残疾人社会创业缘起于治疗个体、群体与社会创伤的动机;其次,残疾人社会创业的过程包括机会识别、资源整合与合法性获取三个方面,残疾社会企业家通过考量创伤与优势匹配识别创业机会,通过链接社会支持网络与吸纳残疾人群体整合资源,通过满足外部需求与激发积极情绪获取合法性;最后,创伤愈合是残疾人社会创业的效应,残疾人的社会创业实践最终实现了个体、群体与社会创伤愈合的多元价值。
From the perspective of trauma,through case studies of two social entrepreneurship practices,it is found that the practical path of social entrepreneurship for people with disabilities can be summarized by healing trauma,which is the process of treating trauma and promoting wound healing.First of all,treating trauma is the motivation of social entrepreneurship for people with disabilities,which originates from the motivation of treating individual,group and social trauma.Secondly,the process of social entrepreneurship for people with disabilities includes three aspects:opportunity identification,resource integration and legitimacy acquisition.Social entrepreneurs with disabilities identify entrepreneurial opportunities by considering trauma and matching strength and opportunity,integrate resources by linking social support networks and absorbing disabled groups,and gain legitimacy by meeting external needs and eliminating negative emotions.Finally,wound healing is the effect of social entrepreneurship for people with disabilities,and the practice of social entrepreneurship for people with disabilities ultimately realizes the plural value of individual,group and social wound healing.
