摘要
辽河油田是我国最大的稠油生产基地,稠油产量占总产量的60%以上,稠油采出液含水达到70%以上,日产污水量多,处理难度大。为了有效提升稠油采出污水常规处理质量水平,公司针对稠油污水常规处理工艺特点,结合生产现状提出了“分段控制、分段达标”的质量控制措施,研究质量控制点的设置原则,并对质量控制各个指标的影响因素进行了分析,科学制定质量控制点及相应的管理措施,保证了稠油污水常规处理过程的运行平稳,提升了污水处理工艺的质量管理水平。
Liaohe Oilfield is the largest heavy oil production base in China.The output of heavy oil accounts for more than 60%of the total output,and the water content of heavy oil produced fluid reaches more than 70%.The daily output of sewage is large,and the treatment is difficult.In order to effectively improve the quality of conventional treatment of heavy oil sewage,this paper put forward the quality control measures of“subsection control and subsection compliance”according to the characteristics of conventional treatment process of heavy oil sewage and combining with the production status.It studied the setting principles of quality control points,analyzed the factors influencing each index of quality control,and formulated quality control points and corresponding management measures scientifically.These have ensured the smooth operation of the conventional treatment process of heavy oil sewage and improved the quality management of sewage treatment process.
