摘要
新时代高校思想政治工作有很多新任务和新举措,深入剖析了原有党建带团建工作所存在的问题,制约“双立双成”育人模式的发挥。阐明了新时代“大思政”格局下高校党建带团建,有利于提升党团组织凝聚力,扩大党团组织的影响力,增强党团组织的战斗力。总结了新时代“大思政”格局下高校党建带团建嵌入联动、精准回应和链条执行三条新路径。
There are many new tasks and new measures in the ideological and political work of colleges in the new era,this paper analyzes the problems existed in the original Party building and League building work,and finds that the problems have restricted the play of“Shuangli Shuangcheng”education model.The study clarifies that the Party building and League building in colleges under the pattern of“Great Ideological and Political Education”in the new era are conducive to enhancing the cohesion,expanding the influence,and enhancing the combat effectiveness of Party organizations.This paper summarizes the three new paths of Party building and League building embedded linkage,precise response and chain implementation in colleges under the pattern of“Great Ideological and Political Education”in the new era.
