摘要
新型城镇化的时代背景下,小城镇人居环境建设在统筹城乡发展中发挥着重要推动作用。其中,浙江省经过系列举措,在该方面具有开创性和引领性。文章聚焦小城镇人居环境的四大维度,运用Python自然语言处理工具,对国家和浙江省相关政策文本进行了中文分词、语义相似度和词频统计等量化研究,提出了中国小城镇人居环境建设发展的四大阶段,探究了每个发展阶段中浙江省小城镇人居环境建设的具体举措,总结出其在社会治理、经济产业、生态建设和社会人文四方面的主要特色。
Under the background of new urbanization,the construction of human settlements in small towns plays an important role in coordinating urban and rural development.Among them,after a series of measures,Zhejiang Province is pioneering and leading in this regard.Focusing on the four dimensions of human settlements in small towns,this paper uses Python Natural Language Processing Tool to conduct quantitative research on Chinese word segmentation,semantic similarity and word frequency statistics of relevant policy texts of the state and Zhejiang Province,puts forward four stages of human settlements construction and development in small towns in China,and explores the specific measures of human settlements construction in small towns in Zhejiang Province in each development stage.It summarizes its main characteristics in four aspects:social governance,economic industry,ecological construction and social humanities.
