摘要
使用扎根理论的研究方法,对30位科研人员进行半结构化访谈,并将访谈结果作为原始资料进行三级编码,识别出科研人员认知、科研人员背景、数据描述、社会氛围和平台技术支撑5个影响科研人员科学数据开放共享意愿的主范畴。基于此,结合利益相关者理论,从社群作用、数据有用性、数据平台技术及相关政策法律角度提出改进意见,为进一步推动科学数据开放共享实践发展提供理论基础,以提高科研人员科学数据开放共享意愿。
According to the research method of Grounded Theory,semi-structured interviews were conducted on 30 researchers,and the interview results were used as the original data for three-level coding,and five main categories of researchers cognition and background,data description,social atmosphere and platform technical support were identified,which affected researchers willingness to open and share scientific data.Based on this,this paper combines stakeholder theory and puts forward improvement suggestions from the perspectives of community role,data usefulness,data platform technology and relevant policies and laws,so as to further promote the development of scientific data open sharing practice and provide a theoretical basis for enhancing the willingness of scientific researchers to open and share scientific data.
