摘要
为了解决任楼煤矿Ⅱ8224N工作面机巷存在顶板极易碎胀、围岩破碎等问题,采用钻孔窥视的方法获得了工作面巷道围岩松动圈发育规律,设计了工作面(注浆)锚索式超前支护技术方案,建立了围岩支承结构力学模型计算了围岩支承力,并利用工业性试验对超前支护技术方案进行现场验证。研究结果表明:机巷顶板的完整性好,其中顶板浅部主要发育横向裂隙,裂隙较小,无明显破碎区发育,无明显离层现象;顶板深部零星发育微小纵向微细裂纹,裂隙长度较短。建立了主动式超前支护围岩稳定支护力学模型,结合工作面机巷原锚杆(索)支护技术方案,提出了分阶段超前支护技术方案。在工作面机巷开展工业性试验,验证了主动式超前支护锚索支护性能发挥良好,围岩稳定控制效果较好。研究成果可为其他矿井相似工作面回采巷道提供一定的借鉴意义。
In order to solve the problems of the roof being extremely fragile and swollen,and the surrounding rock being broken in the II8224N working face machine roadway of Renlou Coal Mine,the development law of the loose zone of the surrounding rock in the working face roadway is obtained by using the method of drilling and peeping.The anchor cable type advanced support technology scheme for the working face(grouting)is designed,and a mechanical model of the surrounding rock support structure is established to calculate the surrounding rock support force.Industrial experiments are used to verify the advanced support technology scheme on site.The research results indicate that the integrity of the roof of the machine roadway is good,with transverse cracks mainly developed in the shallow part of the roof,which are relatively small and there is no obvious fracture zone development,and no obvious separation phenomenon;Tiny longitudinal micro thin cracks are sporadically developed in the deep part of the roof,with shorter crack lengths.The mechanical model of stable support of surrounding rock with active type advance support is established,and a phased advanced support technology scheme is proposed combined with the original anchor rod(cable)support technology scheme of the working face machine roadway.Industrial tests are conducted in the working face machine roadway to verify the good support performance of active type advanced support anchor cable and the good control effect of surrounding rock stability.The research results can provide certain reference significance for similar working face mining roadways in other mines.
