摘要
目的:探讨快速康复理念(ERAS)护理模式在成人无痛电子支气管镜(简称无痛气管镜)检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—8月于乐清市人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科住院且接受无痛气管镜检查的患者200例作为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为对照组与研究组,各100例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施ERAS护理模式。比较两组患者不良事件发生率、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:研究组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048);研究组术前、术中、术后护理满意度评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在成人无痛气管镜检查中应用ERAS护理模式,护理效果良好,患者护理满意度明显提高,不良事件及术后并发症发生率明显下降。
Objective:To investigate the effect of ERAS nursing model in adult painless electronic bronchoscopy(painless bron-choscopy).Methods:A total of two hundred patients hospitalized in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Yueqing People's Hospital from January 2022 to August 2022 and receiving painless bronchoscopy were selected as the study ob-jects,and were randomly divided into control group and study group,with one hundred cases each.The control group received rou-tine nursing,and the study group implemented ERAS nursing model based on the control group.The incidence of adverse events,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of ad-verse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030);The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P=0.048);Preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing satisfaction scores and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of ERAS nursing model in painless bronchoscopy in adults has a good nursing effect,significantly improved patient satisfaction,and significantly decreased the incidence of adverse events and postoperative complications.
