摘要
目的:分析磁共振成像(MRI)对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月南通市海门区海门港新区(包场镇)中心卫生院收治的膝关节半月板损伤患者128例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为参照组和观察组,各64例。参照组应用CT检查,观察组给予MRI检查。比较两组诊断符合率,分析交叉韧带松紧系数与半月板损伤的相关性,不同半月板损伤程度患者的MRI影像。结果:观察组诊断符合率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。Ⅱ~Ⅲ级半月板损伤患者Ra、Rb高于Ⅰ级半月板损伤患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);半月板损伤程度与R_(a)、R_(b)呈正相关(r=0.588、0.243,P=0.012、0.014)。结论:MRI对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断符合率更高,且交叉韧带松紧系数对判定损伤程度有积极意义,值得临床借鉴应用。
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for knee meniscus injury.Methods:One hundred and twenty-eight patients with knee meniscus injuries admitted to Nantong Haimen District Haimen Harbor New District(Baochang Town)Central Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a reference group and an observation group,each with sixty-four cases,according to the random number table method.CT examination was applied to the reference group and MRI examination was given to the observation group.Compared the diagnostic compliance rate of the two groups,analyzed the correlation between the elasticity coefficient of cruciate ligament and meniscus injury,and the MRI images of patients with different degrees of meniscus injury.Results:The diagnostic compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).Ra and Rb were higher in patients with gradeⅡ-Ⅲmeniscus injury than in patients with gradeⅠmeniscus injury,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the degree of meniscal injury was positively correlated with R_(a) and R_(b)(r=0.588,0.243;P=0.012,0.014).Conclusion:MRI has a higher diagnostic compliance rate for knee meniscus injuries,and the elasticity coefficient of the cruciate ligament has a positive significance in determining the degree of injury,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
