摘要
目的:观察关节镜下肩袖修复术联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠配合激素的治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—10月河北燕达医院收治的肩袖损伤患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予单纯关节镜下肩袖修复术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行玻璃酸钠配合激素腔内注射治疗。比较两组肩关节功能、炎性因子及肩关节活动度情况。结果:术后1周,两组日常生活活动、主动活动范围、疼痛、肌力评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、红细胞沉降率均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周,两组肩关节上举、外展及外旋活动度均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下肩袖修复术联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠配合激素治疗肩袖损伤的效果较好,可改善患者炎性反应,恢复肩关节功能及肩关节活动度。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with hormone in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods:Sixty patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to Hebei Yanda Hospital from January to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with arthroscopic rotator cuff repair alone,and the observation group was treated with intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with hormone.The function of shoulder joint,inflammatory factors and mobility of shoulder joint were compared between the two groups.Results:One week after operation,the scores of daily living activities,active range of motion,pain and muscle strength of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);one week after operation,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);one week after surgery,the shoulder joint lift,abduction and external rotation of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic rotator cuff repair combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with hormone is effective in the treatment of rotator cuff injury,which can improve the inflammatory response of patients and restore shoulder function and shoulder motion.
