摘要
目的:分析不同容量聚乙二醇电解质散(PEG)溶液在便秘患者肠道准备中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月湛江中心人民医院收治的合并便秘的结肠镜检查患者100例为研究对象,根据电脑随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组当天口服2 L PEG溶液,研究组当天分次口服3 L PEG溶液。比较两组肠道清洁度、肠道准备耐受性、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组左半结肠、右半结肠、横结肠波士顿肠道准备量表评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组肠道准备耐受性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:分次口服3 L PEG溶液不仅能提高便秘患者结肠镜检查时的肠道准备清洁度,还能提升患者肠道准备耐受性,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of different volumes of polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder(PEG)solution in bowel preparation for constipated patients.Methods:One hundred cases of colonoscopy patients with combined constipation admitted to Zhanjiang Central People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into a control group and a study group of fifty cases each according to the computerized random number table method.The control group took 2 L of PEG solution orally on the same day,and the study group took 3 L of PEG solution orally in divided doses on the same day.Intestinal cleanliness,intestinal preparation tolerance and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The left half colon,right half colon and transverse colon Boston Bowel Preparedness Scale scores and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);bowel preparation tolerance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005);comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Split oral administration of 3 L PEG solution not only improves the cleanliness of bowel preparation during colonoscopy in patients with constipation,but also enhances the tolerance of bowel preparation in patients with high safety.
