摘要
目的:观察缺血性脑血管疾病出院患者用药依从性影响因素。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年5月北京怀柔医院神经内科收治的缺血性脑血管疾病出院患者160例作为研究对象,分析患者的用药依从性相关影响因素。结果:年龄、药物认识、基础疾病、发病次数、体育活动少、文化程度、吸烟、医疗费用因素和缺血性脑血管病患者出院用药依从性有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性脑血管病出院患者接受科学的医护指导可以提升患者的用药依从性,导致患者用药不依从的因素较多,包括吸烟、饮酒、文化程度等,建议针对患者的临床表现对其提供有效的医护指导,进而稳定患者的体征,提升患者的用药依从性。
Objective:to observe the influencing factors of medication adherence in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular dis⁃ease after Hospital discharge.Methods:160 discharged patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to the Department of Neurology of Beijing Huairou Hospital from October 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects to analyze the influ⁃encing factors related to medication adherence of the patients.Results:there was a correlation between age,drug awareness,un⁃derlying disease,number of disease episodes,lack physical activity,cultural level,smoking,medical cost factors and medication adherence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients after hospital discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients after hospital discharge can improve their medication adherence by receiving practitioners-guided patient educa⁃tion.There are still more factors causing the failure to patient medication adherence,including smoking,Alcohol,and intellectual level,etc.It is strongly recommended that individual effective patient education to be provided,which can then stabilize their clin⁃ical syndrome and improve their medication adherence.
