摘要
目的:观察归脾汤加减联合右佐匹克隆治疗气血两虚型帕金森病睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年8月至2023年7月福建省福清市上迳镇卫生院全科帕金森病睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予归脾汤加减联合右佐匹克隆治疗,对照组给予右佐匹克隆治疗,比较2组睡眠质量、中医证候积分、帕金森病症状变化,并统计临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后帕金森病睡眠障碍量表(PDSS)评分、中医证候积分均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组帕金森症状治疗前后及治疗后比较均无显著变化(P>0.05);观察组总有效率97.50%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:归脾汤加减联合右佐匹克隆治疗气血两虚型帕金森病睡眠障碍疗效显著,可显著改善患者睡眠质量和中医证候,但对帕金森病症状改善无明显作用。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Guipi Decoction combined with right-zopiclone in the treatment of Parkinson′s sleep disorder with deficiency of Qi and blood.Methods:A total of 80 patients with Parkinson′s sleep disorder in general practice in Shangjing Town Health Center of Fuqing City,Fujian Province from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Guipi Decoction combined with dexzopiclone,while the control group was treated with conventional dexzopiclone.The changes of sleep quality,TCM syndrome score and symptoms of Parkinson′s disease were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results:The scores of PD Sleep Disorder Scale(PDSS) and TCM syndrome scores in observation group were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in Parkinson′s symptoms in 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guipi Decoction combined with Right Zopiclone has a significant effect on sleep disorder of Parkinson′s disease with deficiency of Qi and blood,which can significantly improve the patients′ sleep quality and TCM syndrome,but has no obvious effect on the improvement of Parkinson′s disease symptoms.
