A Study on Digital Reading Promotion in Public Libraries in the Context of National Cultural Digitization Strategy

摘要公共图书馆数字阅读推广作为公共文化数字化服务的重要一环,是践行国家文化数字化战略的生动实践。《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》明确提出要“创新公共阅读”,为公共图书馆数字阅读推广提供战略指引和方向引航。系统梳理相关研究文献,在剖析国家文化数字化战略价值呈现、任务要求和实施路线的基础上,全面阐释公共图书馆数字阅读推广的价值导向,聚焦资源、技术、受众、评估等层面解析公共图书馆数字阅读推广的任务方向,并据此提出深化公共图书馆数字阅读推广的行动路向,希望为公共图书馆助益国家文化数字化战略提供参考。 As an important part of public culture digitization service,the promotion of digital reading in public libraries is a vivid practice to implement the national culture digitization strategy.The“Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of the National Cultural Digitization Strategy”clearly proposes to“innovate public reading”,to provide strategic guidance and direction for the promotion of digital reading in public libraries.This paper systematically sorts out the relevant research literature,comprehensively explains the value orientation of digital reading promotion in public libraries on the basis of analyzing the value presentation,task requirements and implementation route of the national cultural digitization strategy,and analyzes the task direction of digital reading promotion in public libraries from the aspects of resources,technology,audience and evaluation.Based on this,the paper puts forward the action direction of deepening the promotion of digital reading in public libraries,hoping to provide reference for public libraries to help the national cultural digitization strategy.
