摘要
为了实现对大空间工业厂房的全覆盖监测,同时动态调整功率消耗,提出一种监控系统设计方案。监测系统采用分层设计的思想,融合了多源数据采集传感器,可实现对工作现场温度、湿度、声音、图像等数据的采集,并进行可视化显示。此外,为了动态调整功率分配,利用智能算法计算功率因数,减少非必要功率的消耗,从而实现节约能源、提升使用效益的目的。
In order to realize full-coverage monitoring of large-space industrial plant,and adjust the power consumption dynamically at the same time,this paper develops a monitoring system design scheme.The monitoring system adopts the idea of layered design and integrates multi-source data acquisition sensors to realize the collection of data such as temperature,humidity,sound,image and other data at the work site and visualization display.In addition,in order to dynamically adjust the power allocation,intelligent algorithms are utilized to calculate the power factor and reduce the consumption of non-essential power,thus realizing the purpose of saving energy and enhancing the efficiency of use.
