摘要
针对如何解决因既有错综复杂管线阻碍、交通通行、既有管廊基坑已完成土方开挖及两侧管廊主体结构已施作完成的电力出线舱明挖过路出舱施工的困难,提出了管廊基坑转顶管始发井施工技术,通过应用填充粗砂箱体反压加固技术、坑内坑钢板桩+纵横对撑+新旧支护桩包角止水支护技术和割桩的双撑反压技术,确保了既有管廊基坑支护结构安全稳定和顶管施工安全,有效解决了出线舱明挖过路出舱过路施工的困难。
In order to solve the difficulties caused by the existing complex pipeline obstruction,traffic access,the earth excavation of the existing pipe gallery foundation pit has been completed,and the main structure of the pipe gallery on both sides has been completed,the construction technology of the pipe gallery foundation pit to the pipe top starting well is proposed.Through the application of backpressure reinforcement technology filled with thick sand box,steel sheet pile in the pit+vertical and horizontal brace+new and old supporting pile angle sealing support technology and double support backpressure technology of cutting pile,to ensure the safety and stability of the existing pipe gallery foundation pit supporting structure and the safety of pipe jacking construction,and effectively solve the difficulty of open excavation through the exit cabin.
