摘要 分子生物学是高等院校生命科学类专业的核心课程,具有学科发展迅速、前沿性强等特点,为学生将来从事科学研究打下坚实基础。该文以分子生物学课程中基因编辑一节的教学为例,从教学材料准备、课程导入设计、以学生为主体、启发式教学、科研论文案例设计、思政元素融入、理论应用结合、知识的网络化等方面进行教学改革与实践探索,以期有效激发学生的学习兴趣和学习主动性,提升教学质量,为高校生命科学教学提供有益帮助。 Molecular Biology,featuring rapid developing and cutting-edge characteristics,is the core course of life science majors in colleges and universities which lays a solid foundation for students’future scientific research.Taking the teaching of the gene editing section in the Molecular Biology course as an example,this paper explores the teaching reform and practice from the aspects of preparation of teaching materials,design of course introduction,taking students as the main body,heuristic teaching,design of scientific research papers-based case study,integration of ideological and political elements,combination of theory and application,and networking of knowledge,etc.,with a view to effectively stimulating the students’learning interest and learning initiative,enhancing the quality of teaching,and providing useful help for the teaching of life sciences in colleges and universities.
