摘要
针对某焦化厂废水处理生化段运行过程中出现的活性污泥的活性被来水中的硫化物抑制,导致好氧池出口氨氮质量浓度上升至30 mg/L左右的异常工况,通过调整系统运行负荷、投加市政污泥、控制来水pH值、调整回流比和水处理量等运行参数,使系统恢复正常运行。在处理量60 m^(3)/h、来水氨氮质量浓度80 mg/L~100 mg/L、稀释水投加量≤10 m^(3)/h、系统水温32℃~37℃的工况下,好氧池出口水样氨氮含量为0、亚硝酸盐氮质量浓度平均值为0.058 mg/L、pH值在7.0~7.5、碱度在250 mg/L~350 mg/L。
In view of the abnormal condition that the activated sludge was inhibited by the sulfide in the incoming water during the operation of the biochemical section of the wastewater treatment of a coking plant,resulting in the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen at the outlet of the aerobic tank rising to about 30 mg/L,the system was restored to its normal operation by adjusting the operating load,adding municipal sludge,controlling the pH value of the incoming water,and adjusting the reflux ratio,water treatment capacity and other operating parameters.Under the working conditions of 60 m^(3)/h treatment volume,80 mg/L-100 mg/L mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the incoming water,the additive amount of diluted water≤10 m^(3)/h,and the water temperature of the system at 32℃-37℃,the ammonia nitrogen content of the water sample at the outlet of the aerobic tank was 0,and the average mass concentration of nitrite nitrogen was 0.058 mg/L,pH was 7.0-7.5,and alkalinity was 250 mg/L-350 mg/L.
